Our company has successfully completed mass production and officially put into use the newly developed mining car docking device. Through its own structural deformation and buffering mechanism, it significantly reduces the rigid collision force between the car bodies, thereby protecting the frame, connectors, and load-bearing materials from severe impact damage.

In terms of material selection, the technical team of our company has finally selected high-strength impact resistant special engineering plastics and wear-resistant rubber composite materials after multiple rounds of comparative tests, which not only ensures the compressive strength and fatigue life of the contact under heavy load and high frequency conditions, but also gives consideration to the corrosion resistance and aging resistance under complex downhole environments such as low temperature, humidity and dust.

In addition, anti slip textures and reflective signs have been added to the surface of the new meeting, making it easier for operators in dark or dimly lit alleys to identify the distance between vehicles, further enhancing the safety of human-machine cooperation. The product has passed the relevant impact and fatigue tests of the National Mining Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and all indicators are better than the industry standard requirements.

At present, the new U-shaped mining truck has been tested in multiple large mining groups in China and received positive feedback.
